a winter's day in paris

I went to go see the new film “An Education” last night and Paris played an integral part in Jenny’s {the protagonist} life. Naturally, that had me reminiscing about my favorite city and I thought I’d post some photos that I snapped my last day in Paris in February.

If you haven’t already seen it, I highly recommend “An Education” — watch the trailer below for a taste!

Thank you so much Lindsey! I actually took all the photos with my point-and-shoot-- I can't wait to go back with my fancy pants camera {sooner rather than later, i hope!} My camera battery actually died while in Paris and I had quite an adventure replacing it. The guys @ BHV sent me to a Piles Expert on rue Delambre in the 14th, it was a totally old-school shop with old Parisians who needed the batteries replaced in their ancient radios. Classic!

Merci! Definitely go see the film -- the actress who plays Jenny is amazing in the role and Rosamund Pike's wardrobe is to die for!
